OVERVIEW
Following the universal acceptance of CompactFlash Card, CFast card offers a SATA bus interface standard in the same physical form factor. Offering extensive shock and vibration protection, Industrial CFast card is the preferred storage solution of choice for the most extreme environmental applications. The Fortasa CFast card is fully compliant with CFast 2.0 specification.
Fortasa's Industrial CFast cards are manufactured with either high reliability SLC NAND Flash, cost effective MLC NAND Flash or the newest 3D TLC NAND Flash components in both Standard (0 to 70°C) and Industrial (-40°C to 85°C) Temperature grades.. Utilizing most robust Flash controller and a choice of NAND Flash components, Fortasa CFast cards can be tuned to deliver the optimal combination of performance, capacity, longevity and environmental toughness for any demanding application requirement. With capacity range from 2GB to 128GB and Read and Write performance of over 500MB/sec. Fortasa's CFast card solutions can benefit any industrial application.
As an added feature, Fortasa has developed a CFast solution with an optional external Write Protect switch that prevents any destructive (Write or Erase) command from altering any of the pre-loaded data.
