OVERVIEW
Fortasa's 2.5" Industrial Serial ATA Flash Drive Series offers direct replacement to a conventional 2.5" HDD that is significantly more rugged, reliable and power-efficient. Containing no moving parts, the SAFD Series of Industrial SSDs is specifically designed to be used in rugged environments where data reliability requirements are much higher than that of a consumer product. Potential applications are military devices, thin clients, Point of Sale (POS) terminals, telecom, medical instruments, surveillance systems and industrial PCs. The SAFD Series products offer high capacity, greater performance, low power consumptions and extended reliability.
Fortasa's Industrial SATA Flash SSDs are manufactured with either high reliability SLC NAND Flash, cost effective MLC NAND Flash or the newest 3D TLC NAND Flash components in both Standard (0 to 70°C) and Industrial (-40°C to 85°C) Temperature grades. With capacity range from 8GB to 16TB and Read and Write performance of over 500MB/sec. Fortasa's Industrial SATA SSDs can benefit any industrial application. As an added service, these drives can be reconfigured to offer value added features such as Write Protect, Military Purge, AES-Encryption, Cryptographic Erase, etc.
Offered in an Industry Standard 2.5" full size SSD, Fortasa's SAFD products are the perfect solution for your most critical storage needs.
