OVERVIEW
M.2 interface has been designed to accommodate device signals for the following common computer busses: PCI Express 3.0 (up to four lanes), Serial ATA 3.0, and USB 3.0 (a single logical port for each of the latter two). M.2 Flash Module Form Factor replaces a conventional mSATA (MO-300) module. Fortasa Memory Systems, Inc. offers M.2 Flash Memory Modules for SATA and PCIe interfaces.
Fortasa's Industrial M.2 SATA Flash Memory Modules are manufactured with either high reliability SLC NAND Flash, cost effective MLC NAND Flash or the newest 3D TLC NAND Flash components in both Standard (0 to 70°C) and Industrial (-40°C to 85°C) Temperature grades.. With capacity range from 8GB to 1TB and Read and Write performance of over 500MB/sec. Fortasa's Industrial M.2 SATA modules can benefit any embedded application where high reliability or extreme environmental conditions are a must.
Offered in a standard 42mm and 80mm module lengths, the Fortasa M.2 SATA memory modules are the perfect solution for your most critical storage needs.
